You may be familiar with my font Tengwar Annatar. However, Annatar was not the first tengwar font I created: Back in 1997 I painstakingly made one using Corel Draw 3. It was a very cumbersome procedure, I remember. I drew the lines using a penshaped contour, but that version of Corel Draw had no way to convert to real outlines, which is needed when making fonts. So I had to convert to bitmap pictures (possibly by taking screen captures, I don't remember), and then trace them with Corel Trace, save in EPS format, import in Corel Draw, and then finally export to the font file. Also, the export function had a bug, which made the font file corrupt whenever I tried to delete or change a character that had already been exported, so if I made an error, I had to redo the export of all the characters, one at a time...
Unfortunately, I did not have internet access then, and didn't publish it. Now, in 2004, when I examined the old 486 I had been using then, I remembered my font, and decided that I had better publish it now, rather than let it be forgotten. I have not tried to make it any better than I did then, so expect some glitches. It uses Daniel Smith's encoding, but it lacks several characters, so it may not work exactly as one would like too. The only thing I changed, basically, was the name, from the working title of Tengwar Feanáro, to the more fitting Tengwar Naive.

If this looks like something that would be useful to you, you may download Tengwar Naive here. It is distributed as freeware – do with it what you want, almost. If you want to modify it, and make it more useful by adding letters, or whatever, you may do so, but I would appreciate if you contact me before hand. Modified versions may be redistributed, as long as the original author (me) is clearly stated, and a link is included to this site.
